The new Godiva Hong Kong, Malaysia and China websites were designed and developed by Infinity using the Magento eCommerce system. The multi-site and multi-lingual capabilities of Magento allowed all the sites to be built off the one platform. An online marketing strategy including SEO, SMM online competitions and online advertising was designed to promote Godiva's products to the targeted market. Various statistics reporting tools were used to closely monitor the user behaviours and the effectiveness and performance of the various online marketing channels.


Here are some of the highlights of the achievement:

  • Website traffic was increased significantly with more than 5000 unique vists per day
  • Bounce rate was less than 30%
  • More than 1000 people have entered the online competition/game per day
  • Sales at the retail stores were increased in a whole new level
  • Social media followers were increased by 300-400 per day
